Padworth Careers

We don’t build a student’s character; we help to reveal it.

Working at Padworth provides boarding tutors with exposure to a wide variety of students from a diverse number of nationalities.  This diversity, with students from over 20 different countries, makes Padworth a dynamic and vibrant place to work.  Relationships forged with students are special, thanks to the proximate relationship that boarding tutors have with their students.

At Padworth, we believe that pastoral care is the bedrock upon which learning can take place.  With many Padworth students studying and living thousands of miles away from home, our residential boarding team is able to ensure that every student puts their best foot forward, setting them on the right path before they progress on to the next stage of their education, which in most cases, is university.
